This project involved reimagining the existing home’s footprint with a thoughtfully designed rear addition. The extension features a new deck, laundry, and powder room—enhancing both functionality and lifestyle while seamlessly blending with the original structure.

  • The north-east facing deck offers an ideal space to enjoy a quiet morning coffee in the sun. Meanwhile, the laundry and powder room have been thoughtfully positioned to the south, ensuring privacy and improving day-to-day functionality within the home.

  • At the heart of the home, the centrally located kitchen offers the perfect space for family gatherings and social connection. Adjacent sliding doors flood the area with natural light and create a seamless visual link to the impressive outdoor space, enhancing the home’s open, airy feel.
