At the client's request, a striking eastern-facing modern sunroom was integrated into the design to capture the morning light and create a calm, sun-drenched retreat. The exterior features bold steel elements, a nod to the client’s profession as a boilermaker and his passion for materiality. Despite the industrial touches, the overall design stays true to a light, coastal aesthetic — balancing strength and structure with softness and serenity.
