After devastating floods rendered the original home uninhabitable, we were proud to rise to the challenge with a thoughtfully elevated design that meets budget requirements while blending effortlessly into the picturesque landscape.

Living spaces are strategically positioned to the east, flowing onto generous decking that captures stunning views of the river to the south and opens onto a north-facing yard. This layout creates an ideal outdoor living retreat—perfect in any weather. Carefully placed glazing frames uninterrupted river views and encourages natural cross ventilation, bringing the outdoors in and enhancing comfort year-round.

It was a privilege to be part of this project and help bring new life to a much-loved home.
